The multi club tour to Wright’s Chicken Farm in Nasonville, RI was a success with over 60 cars from five different clubs attending.  Dick O’Brien lead our group of 6 Model A’s over typical Model A roads all the way to the restaurant.  Making the trip were the O’Briens, Wrights, Doyles, Legges, Champagnes, and Doug Linden.  Also, there were the Dunhams, DiDomenicos, Bucky & Joci, Ralph & Yvonne, Bob Noyes and his son Dan and grandson.

The car show in the parking lot was really great.  It was nice to see so many different cars from the Bay State Club , Little Rhody Model A Club , Central Mass T’s, the Packard Club, Cad-LaSalle Club and the Minuteman club.

Once inside the chicken and all the fixins kept coming until we could eat no more.  There was no excuse for leaving hungry.  Back outside it was more car talk before each of the groups headed their own way home.  Our leader, Dick O’Brien, lead us back, with a mid way stop at the Mendon Country Barn.  The ladies managed to find “stuff” they needed.  We each headed home from here and it was the end of another great day of touring in the Model A.
